 This is where manufacturing, the assembly of the hydraulic circuit, truck adaptation, surface preparation with sanding and final coat painting, is undertaken.
The workshops are new and equipped with the most efficient means of manufacturing and handling. A reliable and efficient local boilermaker subcontractor network provides production needs.
The design office is equipped with CAD workstations.

CABRETA - 35310 BREAL SOUS MONTFORT (8000 m2 of buildings on 3 ha)
  
 Here are manufactured in all the bins for light commercial vehicles. A workshop nine laser cutting, folding racks of robotic, robotic welding and automated assembly line supply the assembly plant manufacturing bins and hydraulics.
After the process, surface treatment process of electrocoating tanks where the dump is successively immersed in 11 different baths in which it is cleaned, degreased, rinsed cataphoresed and then passes through a paint booth powder applied by automated electroplating resistant to attacks UV. Finally, shipping kits in our customer networks CIF dealers, manufacturers in LCV and unity CABRETA Lorraine to adapt the chassis. CABRETA LORRAINE - 54910 VALLEROY (2000 m2 of buildings on 1 ha)
  
 Here the site is designed to assemble tipper kits onto lightweight truck chassis (e.g. MASCOTT/MASTER/DAILY) and to produce very large quantities in a very short time thanks to the 2 assembly lines and 2 paint shops and heat treatment cabins. The optimal use of a large car park allows for easy stockage and vehicle movement.
