| | | | | Here are manufactured in all the bins for light commercial vehicles. A workshop nine laser cutting, folding racks of robotic, robotic welding and automated assembly line supply the assembly plant manufacturing bins and hydraulics.
After the process, surface treatment process of electrocoating tanks where the dump is successively immersed in 11 different baths in which it is cleaned, degreased, rinsed cataphoresed and then passes through a paint booth powder applied by automated electroplating resistant to attacks UV. the site is designed to assemble tipper kits onto lightweight truck chassis
(e.g. MASCOTT/MASTER/DAILY) and to produce very large quantities in a very
short time thanks to the 2 assembly lines and 2 paint shops and heat treatment
cabins. The optimal use of a large car park allows for easy stockage and
vehicle movement. |
